My passion, drive and focus to be at the forefront of the health and fitness industry is second to none. My journey into my career was a personal one starting from when I left school, a journey from obese to health & fitness enthusiast. Throughout my school years I swam at a national level and played all sports, now I play rugby for my local club and hit the gym 3-5x week working on a plan to compete in Britain's Strongest man in 2013.
